Self-forgiveness with Randy Clark
October 16 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Make peace with the person you were so you can fully step into the person you’re becoming. This immersive, therapeutic workshop guides participants through the powerful process of self‑forgiveness—releasing old self‑punishment, rewriting inner narratives, and reclaiming compassion for themselves.
Through creative, experiential exercises, we explore:
- What we still punish ourselves for and why those patterns persist
- The difference between guilt and shame—and how each shapes our healing
- A courtroom role‑play, where participants act as judge, jury, and ultimately liberator of their own story
- Speaking to ourselves like someone we love, shifting harsh inner dialogue into supportive truth
- Evidence of our growth, identifying how we’ve already changed and what deserves to be acknowledged
- Life sentences we’ve unknowingly given ourselves, and deciding how long we choose to carry them
- A closing letter to our former selves, which participants may keep, bury, burn, or release in any meaningful way
This class is gentle, transformative, and deeply validating—perfect for anyone ready to stop reliving old mistakes and start living with self‑respect, compassion, and emotional freedom.
