Reiki (Spirit guided, hands on healing) sessions are available every week Thursday- Saturday. Reiki energy provides pain relief, and promotes rest and peace. Cathy also consults on the treatment of PTSD, and stress management, using Bach Flower remedies instead of psycho-tropic medications with a great success rate. She empowers clients to assist in their own healing. She also offers spiritual counseling.

Kathy Cairns, a Natural Health Practitioner since 2006, Reiki Master since 1996, a non-denominational minister with UBM since 1994, has had an office in Fairy Dust Crystals & Such since opening day. Kathy consults on many different areas in her energy healing practice, including Bach Flower Essences for emotional healing, homeopathic remedies & herbs for physical healing, crystals & a magical crystal bowl for balancing and aligning each person’s energy centers.

Kathy has dedicated her life since first being introduced to energy healing in 1994, to assisting others (including animals) in healing all aspects of their lives: body, soul & spirit.
